Thank you Axiom for letting me know that it was there. I did, believe it or not, read the entirety of the first 5 pages and then resigned myself to Crtl+F for the words Forgotten and Night and Perfume. If I would have found the information elsewhere I wouldn't have posted. And yes while the original thread poster does go into clarifications on most of the titles, who is to say that EVERY SINGLE ONE is covered. I'm sincerely sorry for my mistake and would like to pose to you a question. Is it really that difficult to answer a question twice or do you just enjoy being a jerk?

Your question is the same reason why the information about that title (and the Blessed one) were added to the original post. Lots of people didn't know where they were from. They were added relatively recently (a day or two before you posted - possible you looked before it was updated). Let me know if you have any more questions.

The revelation titles are a little special. You first have to take the quest from Calliope. Then you have to go fight mobs in the Constantinople Battlefield (you need to be 96+ to even get inside). The mobs will occasionally drop the Revelation you're currently on - it's a quest item that only drops when you have the title quest. Once you get 500 of them you can turn them in. They don't disappear if you give up the quest, so you can give up the quest and keep the items as needed (if it's slow to get other quest items).

Does that make more sense?

Due to new updates, perhaps this guide would like to extend itself to the buffs of the titles? I believe the buffs are from these titles but I'm, however, not sure.

Titles are, in fact, the source for some new buffs. As information is added, I will update the wiki with it.

Yeah, I'm working on it. Give me a chance, it just came out yesterday!

Some of the title buffs are pretty good. I just went and gotten a few more title so that i have some kind of buff on at all time. If you want to know what each titel do go to game info but it wont tellu the % tho but at least u get an idea.
