So you really expect someone to share his money making scheme? In case you didn't realise, noone really will since that means the end of his nieche and he'll have to look for something else since everyone and his dog will be using that specific method once advertised that it's profitable :).

Crafting Pants :P
High demand since they are the second most imporant part of your armor.
And you don't have to waste time making mage equips. (which sell the least out of the three)
Right now i kill wild horses to get big slab of lumber - its not to rare , and at the right times i can sell it for 60-80k one. But sure it gives better ways to make money. :D

the only way of making money is to farm what ever item is in high demand. If not just lv higher and money will come faster

Best way is pvp.
1 won tournament = 57 mln
1 won match in FL = 100k + 30 battle points (warrior sign = 200k [25 battle pts]) = ~320k/win
Yea but win an WC isnt that easy - and 100k/30 points you only get in div 10, and not everyone is in there. :)

Xargrr is only flunting is stuff. He is right though it is very profitable, especially when you win 100% of the times like himself. He is more or less chuck norris and d/c is still is greatest enemy.
I make profit gambeling. This takes time, and a careful eye on the market, and balls, lots of balls.
You can also dismantle certain gear for shards, highly relies on market at the time.
BOXES!! Beg commidity boxes yield growth vials if all mercs are above lvl 20 in skill. Buy a box for 300-500g, sell the vial for 1.5k+. This also depends on market, but even with a 200 box limit you can make 200k-300k a day if your doing nothing else. (More effective before box limit, like most things. nDOORSZZ doesn't want us to makes ceee monies)
FL, if you win 50% or more, thats a good 80-100k in an hour. This is good especially if you can teach. You can browse people etc to teach them, or guild members.

Meh, I've made enough money off this and don't care much anymore.
Easy way to make fast money is buying thoroughbred's (wait till they've gone down in price to about under 7mil, you could buy em at higher but not as much profit)
Once you get atleast 2, exchange with the dude in bahgdad for riding points. You get 70 each. And it takes 140 to buy a hackney from pointry.
Sell hackney for 15-20mill each.
Secret's out. :<

tool crafting, buy gold/silver dust for like cheap :P it only cost like 5k to make a batch of 20, which sells for 20-27k

Pick something to do. Grind it until your eyes fall out. Get a seeing-eye dog, keep grinding. Either an above mentioned craft or enemy. And if your feeling really snazzy, play it like the stock market. And grind that. Your only limiting factor is time.

Another that I do, although its not that big of a secret it worked for me since I have no money, buy enchant boxes and enchant stuff to high +'s (I got an axe to about +4) and sell it. If you have a lot of items to enchant already its easier, if you have some enchant stones already it is even easier. But it looked like pure buying items, you could make a profit with a small amout of startup cash (20k range) Especially if you get lucky.
Note, I did this with spirit equipment.

Like everyone has said already, farm something thats high demand. Like crystals o.o.
u can easily solo some of the crystal hotspots if you do a little planning. You can easily make the mob's normal attack go down from 300-400 to 40-50 with minimal investment. After you do that, its easy pickings!

The fastest way to make money is betting on Raphael during the arena betting and him winning. What are the chances of that happening? Almost never
imo, the fastest and cheapest way to make money is to farm crystals.

I was talking more about buying a few encant boxes (10 or so) and a few axes (or any high demand item), and enchant them. I found if you make the axe +4 or +5 you can make a profit. At least it worked for me.

So aparently is farming crystals... but for those like me who dont havelots of monster info... which mobs have the higher drop rate for each crystal??
Demon
11-18-2008, 01:42 PM
Depends which mob.....
the Item info says "very low" for all... so im not sure...
however... higher level = higher droprate from my experience...
just buy the info its worth it in long run!

The fastest way to actually hit it rich fast is to make a chart on matchups for the Arena, in other words, create a betting system where you are guaranteed to win 95% of the time and bet on the three things with the highest probability of winning statistically.

this is my statements
if you get 3 stars info the drop rate is incredibly huge
yesterday at argos i extremely suprised that young yellow wolf(hong gil dong places) when i got 3 infos i got like enchant box 4(+1)
thats depend on 3 stars info really
Kaiten

Well, getting item info on mobs add a certain amount of items you get for looting. It doesn't really increase the drop rate as much as the amount dropped.

How do u get infos exactly? like for example take crazy lord, how many times do u have to kill him to get an info?? cuz i want crazy lord info.. envy those sealzz.
i think when u get to locations its get hard to get items info thats why its long
when you get basic you get eventually location
but for locations to items its getting long

you can make good money if you got an eye on the market^^
For example: last week i bought dragon crystals for 130-145k each - and this week i sold them for 250k ;)
and for the 3 stars-thing:
are you sure the third info is really harder to get? to me it seems just random - often got the third info quicker than the second

go and farm phoenix crystal in babylon shadow...it drops like crazy and easy money

IMHO, dragon crystal money-making wasn't about keeping your eye on the market so much as realizing that they'd be insanely cheap after the give-away and insanely expensive after that as they get used up (because it's almost impossible to get decent amounts of them in-game when you don't include the giveaways, yet cannoneers and inventors will be acquired by more and more players, as well as more and more multi-hued crystals needed for various crafts)

The info is more than likely random, no info is harder than others. Just dependent on luck. Of course, the more you stay and grind, the more info you should get.

Know the market and anticipate highs and lows. Always BUY on the weekend sell on like Wednesday/Thursday. It works for me. KNow what your buying so you dont invest poorly
the absolute fastest way to make money in the game is through gambling. it's the only way you can profit an infinite amount given your "investment". The only problem would be the risk incur when gambling.
But adrean is right, when you can statistically profit 95% of the time in the arena (if you bother making a matchup chart with decent statistical data, provided the devs dont switch/reconfigure the AI), this would be the way to go.

Another way is to NOT invest in crafting at all.
And maybe helping noobs who are geeting to lvl 30 while you go grind off at some highest level dungeon you can.

One week ago crafting actions int will be money making but now the price has drop from 1.5m each to 500k. I think crafting really aren't the way to make money. Probably the best way to guarantee to make money is probably crystal hunting. Crystal are used for many purpose and will always be in demand. Just wish you are lucky and get them often and you will be on your way to earning your first bucket of gold.

im trying out fishing right now I spent 2 hours afk and fished. I spent 215k on the action, 72k on rods and like 3k on bait and walked away with 300k. so Ive already paid for the skill not bad for 2hours and i ran out of rods.

I've heard this from many people, but it isn't my up of tea.
I prefer gambling with boxes, goncourt was awesome prior to box limit, I hate him now. Fishing seems a waste, if not barely gaining anything (I'd rather save money)
A lot of money I get comes from market speculations :D I will spend millions on items that are given away for free, like those dragon crystals, and save them. Or on crafting materials needed at higher levels, currently where Argos server is at.
Another note to book trading, it really only hinders your leveling, but once you need those advanced books, your kind of beat for money. I suppose if your not getting money from normal hunting by this time, or crafting, you can go back to book trading come levels 80s

in my oppinion fishing is dead - u can't really make money anymore with it - too many fishers around nowadays - petri hail ;)
and doing ornate treasures maps has lost attractivity too, i'd say. Dragon Crystals arent thaat expensive anymore - so i rather do old treasure maps because i feel that u get culture boxes more often with old than with ornate.

I wont say what I craft, that could potentially diminish my profits, but I will say it is possible to pull a decent profit from crafting, aside from that I mix it up. I hunt maps until I get bored of that, than I click the piss out of Goncort until that gets old. When I get enough money from mapping/Goncort/farming, I'll splash some in the arena.
ive sell refund vials for 250k why no one buy it? sigh :(

i find that arena betting is pretty easy money if you have a decent bank account. I suggest selling stuff they had from the give aways. This would have probably gotten you atleast 1m or more. I spend 1/2 of my entire savings and usually spread it across 4 mercs based on their formation and winner of the past 2 arena matches. I know its possible for someone to win the arena back to back(seen cleo do it a once) but alot of times it doesn't happen and this is a pretty decent way to eliminate one or two mercs from your betting scheme.
...you won't win every time but I usually make more then I lose over the course of day. I've used my arena winnings to buy my 3k tusk, a heavenly horse, crafting supplies, and a bunch of other misc junk so if i do happen to go broke from the arena I have things to sell if i need money =D

Just quest, there's not much point for money since you'll overlevel your gears quick enough.
Otherwise you could buy growth vials and resell on the market.

I extracted this from a blog
"
Enchant Box [Int] Guide
Now that we know that little trick about enchant box, its time to make more money using lesser efforts.
Initial investment : 5,000,000 gold to 6,000,000 gold (Based on 100 boxes)
Return of investment : 7,000,000 gold to 8,800,000 gold
Percentage of profit : 20% to 35%
Time taken : 15 to 20mins
Using the same trick in the previous post, you will buy about 100boxes of Enchant Box [Int] or [Pre] for not more than 60,000 gold each.
Try to avoid buying Enchant Box [Adv] as they are low in demand and the profits are not ideal at all. Atlantica Online should fix this part of the economy.
Weapon Enchant Stone [Int] would be what we would be getting, selling them off for not lesser than 50,000 gold and you would be making 1 to 2 million per purchase.
Take your time to open the boxes while waiting for free league or questing.
Love,
Atanim
