Would be nothing special if this horse cames out very often - i think you need way more then 5 boxes to get one. (or have lots of luck)
Think on the pirates maps - got 1x 7-day heavenly horse out of ~40 maps. And that was an 7-day horse not perm. :)

I'm almost positive the chances of getting a permanant heavenly horse is...extremely close to 0. They only reason they even included it in the list (also making it the first item they mention) is so that people will buy the packages in hopes of getting one.

I wonder if they'll remove skill decrease books as drops from monsters. I hope not. I don't mind that the game has a cash shop, as long as using the cash shop doesn't become mandatory.

They didn't remove it from the drops in the Korean version, so I doubt they'd remove it from this one. It'd be a coding change for not much return, too.

Maintaining a server doesn't cost cheap. I do not mind but normally games that set up item shop often expose themselves to risk and threats like gold sellers. I am not saying games like Wow don't have gold sellers just maybe less. I am sure everyone here have at least received a spam from gold sellers at least once? But well there is no way we can prevent gold sellers its just an occupation to them. We just have to live with it.

Yea, I heard the rate is a little bit higher on Greater Fortune Boxes than normal ones. Anyway, back to topic $1.99 to decrease your skills by 10 points is not so bad. It goes for 100K+ in the game, and it only decreases your skill by 1 pt.
