it just popped out of my mind, out of nowhere...

:witc: :lak: :swm:

:bst: :malehero: :art:

:pro: :ora: :mnk:

dunno if its is viable.. or already in use in the game... and note that this build revolves around PvE/M (note the lack of Exo)... coz i dont PvP much (only free leagued twice and got pwned)

witch - for meteor
lady knight - melee offensive, light slash
swordsman - cant think of another good melee and tank in one (if ur gonna suggest spartan, :(... coz i dont really believe i will be able to get one)
beast trainer - (axe hits 3 enemies)... alternating beast summon and regular attack
cannon main - AoE, chaos wind
artillery - AoE, deep insight (i chose this over canoneer coz of DI... to soften enemies... and canon main already has chaos wind)
prophet - concentrate for the melee, snipe enemies...
oracle - healing, seths will (for the mid line)
monk - SoP on the main...

so what do you think?

can this build work out? or is it just a waste coz of the lack in focus?

will this build have problems in higher levels?

can this build go PvP? (replacing swordsman with exo?)

comments? suggestions?

I think it is a very safe build and would definitely work in PvE.

However, I see less use for meteor in PvE, as it has a large load-up time and ends up stealing most of the kills when your Witch is finally able to unleash it.
I think it might be nicer to have a Viking instead, as Freeze is apparently a life saver in PvE, and hey, another melee unit!

The only problem that you might have is with flying creatures.
But if I remember correctly, they generally have a relatively low MDef.
But I guess you could always occasionally Seth your back row just for fun.

However, if you really enjoy your Witch's presence and the goodly Mana Recharing, then feel free to ignore my suggestion :D

Also, don't let a couple of losses in FL scare you away from competing ever again!
Like you brought up, switching your Swordsman for an Exorcist would easily make it a neat fit for a PvP build.

oh... good thing you said viking... after i posted this i had a feeling that something missing from my build :P... so the viking was the one that was missing XD...

did not really think that this will be viable in PvE.. and yeah flying monsters.. (the most annoying monsters are those who fly D:... specially Dracula...dang a boss that flies.. XD... and they say there are a lot more flyers later in the game... :()

and i dont pvp not because i loss those two times... i just dont feel like doing pvp... im not a pvp person like in other games that i have played.. those two times were just of random thought because of being stuck in a quest XD

if i would pvp... im quite mixed with what ill do to the formation... since the exo would replace the swordsman there no argument to that...but im quite undecided if ill utilized witch for meteor or viking for freezing coz i really love those two and i dont know how will i fit them to the build once i pvp...

modified for pvp, it will look like either:

:witc::lak::exo:
:bst::malehero::art:
:pro::ora::mnk:

or

:bst::lak::exo:
:vik::malehero::art:
:pro::ora::mnk:

but i dont know what to go for...

then for pve/m

:witc::lak::exo:
:vik::malehero::bst:
:pro::ora::mnk:

i took the arti away coz i think i can still manage without chaos wind... and that deep insight's -def is nifty to use... and after the reply in my thread about the exorcist... i think ill use him also for pve since he is not completely useless in pve/m he just have maximum potential in pvp than pve/m

:D

I think having the Exorcist instead of the Artilleryman would make much better use of your Prophet (Personally, I don't see the sense in having one to support three units).

Chaos Wind is pretty troublesome in Dungeons containing Infernal creatures, as it ends up healing them >_<
So sticking with Deep Insight is usually a nice idea.

The Exo is also a lifesaver when facing those Meteor-casting mobs you'll be facing soon enough :P

Also, your
:vik::malehero::bst:
mid-line would make an excellent Seth Row.
