I asked in game no help.
This is going to be a mob that is around lvl 20
It was suggested to google so I did, and from what I found there, same question has been asked back in Oct 08, and see there is still not a answer.
If this is a known issue, what is taking so long to remove or fix it ?? Or even have a notice about it ??
Here is a lil more back ground.
This is for a quest, a Guild/town Quest. It is to kill Tough Red Fox ( 0/xx)
the character I was playing that got the quest is lvl 21, so the quest mob will (should) be in that range
Auto move only takes me to the NPC and not the quest
I went ahead and see if just killing the Red Fox would work, and it did not
Ticket has been sent

We had a similar issue with Monsterous White Owl in my guild. Around the same level. My guess is whoever had the quest for the foxes before never made a ticket about it.

yeah, from the reply I got back from the GM, it looked like they are totally unaware of this,(they did not say that tho) and said "Please be informed that we will check this if it is really a bug, and make appropriate action regarding this matter."
I guess those players that posted on the forums back in Oct, never sent in a ticket, and I am sure this has happen more then just a couple times since then.
I know I really dislike having to fill out a ticket (bug report) but this , to me, could not been left unreported and kinda shock that it has existed as long as it has.
yeah the other day and I think last week I saw someone asking for info where the Monstrous White owl was at, I asked if they meant the magical white owl, but they didn't say or replied back
Japanese red deer ?? about what level would those be ?
errr i create a noob character at macedon and try to do guild quest
it said i must kill japanese red deer
i ask guildmate they say maybe near sapporo but phewh got none
my noob char is just level 3

now back at my sikyon server i got angry Hanahebi lol
impossible i already lurk around shogun and cant found angry Hanahebi

oh My
never heard of those either.
I got another reply back from the GM maybe a GM, only signed as Support with no name, but they asked if I tried Killing the Red Fox by Beijing . . guess I should have mentioned every thing I did, well kinda thought I did, but when I reread what was sent it was not mentioned. My bad on that part.
they really seem oblivious to this, I could understand, because in any game not much focus is placed in newbie areas, mainly higher levels and newer higher level content, Most players just zip past newbie areas so fast they never really notice anything missing or out of place. Not to mention is it does not effect the player leveling, then why worry about it.
heck It's just 1000gold (price of managers Scroll) and the time spent looking for something that is not there
funny how there are quest for mobs that are not there, but you have mobs that there are no quest for at all
and i think the wheel chair quest if im ndoors technician
i will wipe out
why? my guildies always ask something that makes me sad(for people that dont have town)
they will ask how to do this quest? the wheel chair man ask to do town quest.... and i said just dump the question(but im emo when this question ask)

yeah I have that quest from Sun Bin ( I think that is how the name is spelled).
I now have 2 options if I want to finish the Sun Bin quest line.
A) Bid on a Town Control, and hope I win
B) drop out guild I am in now, and join a Guild already in control of a town
Option B would work, if finding a willing guild that knows my only reason to join, is to do a town quest, for a quest, then drop out and rejoin my guild.
The Sun Bun Guild quest line is not a Bug or problem, just a inconvenience if you happen to be in a guild that is not in control of a Town

I do not think they are even going to try and fix the missing monsters . . mainly because they are such a low level, there is only a brief chance someone would get those quest.
its a bug that is a inconvenience and not a major problem that could slow or halt any quest line or lvl advancement.
oh well:(
