Help on getting the exo

that's my current formation; the problem i have is that i dont know where to fit the exo; every merc seems to be fulfilling its role quite well

witch: meteor and mana trap agaionst obvious will builds
sw: tank + fs
bst: aoe+tank
main: freezing + aoe
spm: finishing off wounded mercs + ap drain
art: debuff + stun
mnk: do monk stuff
sha: do healer stuff
arc: silence + staff harassing

my questions are, is exo necessary for this formation? if so how can i include the exo; who should i switch out? and also considering that exo isn't rly a tank untill high lvls

well exo is considered a temporary tank and serves as a silencer for healers. maybe the spearman because they arent very good by themselves. if you had two then that would serve better then a single spearman.

Yeah, I would say the exo is necessary, the arty and spear both are not. I'd ditch one or the other of those.
