What are you planning to do as you level up? Other then that it's a normal formation I guess. Might want to change shaman for archer so that shamans in back row...

Maybe add some C rank mercs as you get higher, yea?

when you hit 30, you'll get another one.
Then 40, then 50 for a full team.

You'll get your 7th merc at 30, 8th at 40, and 9th at 50.

You can hire most D rank mercs from that one recruiter near the 1st town you started from, or you can hire C rank mercs.

C rank mercs you can only get from doing a chain of quests.
44 you can start Beast Trainer Quest
To find out when you can get the other C rank merc quest, just look in the sealed orb tab in the market. (I would have posted all of them, but not on atm and my memory is a bit drowsy about the earlier mercs)

Actually someone had already posted a list for all the merc that you can hire in the game according to the lvl you can do the quest.

Your build looks like the average build around that level to me. Perhaps a monk would suit your team for pvp?
