Patch problem

Manually dled the new patch and it did its updates and finished. Tried running the game after the patch and it starts repatching, but really really slowly. I had the patches leading up to this one already, is there anything i specifically need to do when using a manual patch?

Ye, i'm not that stupid (tho i know its a common problem). Ended up waiting 2 hours for the auto patch system.
