one might think why u buy at all, but many might also want to buy like me if spend on 10boxes from IM and got only crap crystal boxes and not want u want ($100 for 5000 crystals!? wth!!!)
so this's it, i check price on each website and finally found the cheapest one that is mmofisher(also known as goldicq but gold exchange rate is not the same) buy 3000m for $38.97, before i made payment i talked with online chat support and ask how long til i actually get gold, she said in 20mins (eventhough they promise 8mins-24hr on their page) so i asked is that really possible? r u sure? she said 'we have money in stock, don't worry' so i made the payment.
3days passed and i kept asking in online chat support, seem like they don't have their own thought and keep answer exact same sentence script lines:
- Please hold on, I will check on that.
- We are contacting the supplier now, please wait a moment here, once its ready, I will msg you here. Thanks
- We will mail the gold to you soon, you don't need to wait here , we will send an email to you once the delivery completed.
- I will move your order to the top of the waiting list , we will deal with your order first once the gold is ready to delivery.
- I will leave a message to our manager for you,he will deal with your order in 12 hours. Sorry for the delay of your order.
- our manager is not here ,i am very sorry
the manager part is when i lost my patient and claim my money back and that is all they say again and again.
and finally they said, the gold price is changed, you will get 2200m instead of 3000m (and price in website did changed to $50.96 for 3000m) if you agree with it, i'll move your order to the top list (again? how about those twice times u already said u will move me?)
look how they did this to me! so i made a dispute and claime through paypal and they finally refund money to me, i finally not lose a dollar but my trust to this website is completely gone.
so whoever consider this website, please change your mind if you don't want to waste your time like me. thanks!
