my formation .. any tips?..

Im lvl 37, here is my formation now.. any tips for the future?

if ur planning to keep these chars, gunner and viking needs to go back, and monk to very back row
cuz if u dun move to very back, archers can silence u in 2nd row, and monks r then useless
gunners aren't tanks, vikings aren't tanks<----raped by magic, few flame swords... X_X

Your formation is fine for pve but in pvp, it may suffer due to the lack of a third front line tanker other than your main. As for the silences, Since you don't have a full second row, silences to your back row is unavoidable so staggering monk and shaman like that is a good idea.

Monk can't be silenced and sits safely in the back performing stun management. Your main sits snugly behind your strongest tank, encouraging the enemy to go for either your gunner or viking which can be healed by your shaman for as long as possible whilst you freeze and silence your way to victory. Just don't get carried away with spell casting and remember to dish out damage attacks whenever possible.

That build is achievable by lv30 and arties don't come in play til lv40 i believe. so I would say swap the shaman and monk since they heal more. But you are giving up holy guard...so choices choices...

hmm... since you have quite sturdy char you could use the witch as a front tank to protect bt or vik from magic attacks.... also the spear doesn't seem to fit any particular strat there.... so u could trade him for an oracle and get heal and seth
Also the sw could be switched for an exo... which (apparently) has comparable def and high mdef, and u get seal, preventing monk from guarding front line so u can freeze em all, so i'd go for something like this:
