Hi, I'm just looking for some general help/suggestions/comments/answers on my build. I do enjoy pvp from time to time, so I end up splitting my time probably about 50/50 between pve and pvm. This is my current setup

:witc::swm::exo:
:malehero::spm::spm:
:mnk::ora::pro:

Basically, this is my plan, assuming I don't get those vials that increase your skill points right away.

Witch - Maxed out on meteor strike, but other than that not sure. Probably mana drain. Anyone know what mana trap does?
Sword - Probably going to be replace by a LK in the future so he's just really a place holder at the moment. Have also been considering giving up the swordsman in favor of another spearman...but not sure.
Exorcist - I was going to max out speed cast, but then flopped to maxing out mana seal. Not sure what else.
Axe Main - was going to go full frozen axe and then put the rest into breakdown.
spearman x 2 - Split between lightning spear and deadly strike.
monk - I am not sure what to do. I have been hearing conflicting arguments but was planning maybe 20 in protect, a few into awakening, a few into HG and the rest into SOP. But I feel like that's to spread out.
Oracle - full healing, and then maybe seth's will.
Prophet - was planning on doing about 40 in concentrate and then rest split between all her brokens.

Yeah...I knwo this is a lot to swallow and what not...but any answers would be great. Thank you in advance.

actually there is nothing wrong for this formation....
but you need good tactic for each fight...
since you have only 1 solid tank(exo,spear,axe are actually backup tank)
you really need to protect them well...or you might easily die from aoe+ focus fire
good idea for high seth's will....2 spear + axe hurts a lot...
and holy guard when you need to do freeze axe.....you always get ap recovery fast for doing that way

Thanks for the ideas.

Is there an advantage to maxing awakening instead of just putting a few points into it? Can it fail if I don't put enough points into it?

I've read that maxing concentration is a huge mana drain on the prophet. Is that true?

I know they aren't real tanks, but the exo is actually holding up pretty well. He does die when he gets focus fired on.

Noo...you copy my formation too (ok, ok I have BT in place of sword)!! Hey meloku, so we have pretty the same formation, besides that little diff?

Max awakening so it can double as a weak heal.

monk - I am not sure what to do. I have been hearing conflicting arguments but was planning maybe 20 in protect, a few into awakening, a few into HG and the rest into SOP. But I feel like that's to spread out.

Choose between protect & SoP. You CANNOT have TWO passives. Only one.

maxing passive skills costs a lot mana for sure.......
you can try shield of protection...it is good when you use your main as tank
it recovers hp everytime you get hit

you wont fail unless there is a huge lvl difference between your monk and other units ( ex. monk lv 20 , other units lv 70 up

For your main - 60 freeze, 60 breakdown, 10 dispel.
You WANT to have guard dispel, but its not necessary to pump it past 10-11

Monk - as stated before, only ONE passive. Protect activates before every turn. SoP activates when hit. Protect provides more defense, and is preemptive. SoP provides more healing, and is reactive. Personally for my axe main, who is a back up tank in the second row - I run with protect.
Monk -60 protect, 60 awaken, 1-10HG (mine is at 1). I don't use holy guard as a defense, I use it as a debuff - more importantly as a debuff for my own brutal/seth's will. I like to will for ONLY 1-2 turns, then immediately turn it off with HG. Awaken maxed out is a great secondary soft heal. Dont underestimate it.
