I have a spear main but i don't know where to go with this.

Given that you're still level 40, I highly doubt that you'd want to switch mercenaries so soon. With just those mercenaries, though:

Move your spear main to second row, and change your shaman to third. Your second row is vulnerable to silence from archers as-is, and at early levels, that is not a good thing. Otherwise, that team is pretty good in terms of early-game PvP.

Once you hit 50, it might be a good idea to find a specialization for your team. I'd recommend adding a Beast Master at 50 and moving her to the front line as a tank/flame sword bait, and back both spearman to the middle row with the gunner. That way, you'll have a brutal will middle row that could devastate in PvP while maintaining a decent front line, sans the viking.

Beat me to the will line suggestion. If this build is going pvp, the viking will fall real quick as the game progresses. having a 2 sword and bt frontline would be better but...that means one dude gets ditched. I don't know but I'd do without the archer, go for a spear/spear/gun mid line and monk/vik/shaman backline. That way you can use your viking as a frontline replacement.

Definitely gonna want to make Viking an off-tank... he'll get eaten alive in a couple turns.

or u can add a witch so that witch can go in front of ur viking, a tatic many ppl use, they cant use magic on ur viking since ur witch is in front, but ur viking takes most of the melee dmg
