i would like to see they make like a dark side, like part of the new map is cover in darkness or something, or maybe they will add rain?? that would pretty cool if they do. but is it possible? i'm not a designer/progammer so i wouldnt know.

but i just want to see something different.

I believe you mean closed beta, the terrain and mainland monsters were there but overall still alot needed to be done.

Personally I feel it should be out before xmas, but who knows; seeing as its impossible to get a straight answer out of the gms on topics like this.

Well, whenever you step into Bran castle surroundings, it always feels dark and negative. Having rain or some form of natural occurence would be a nice addition to the background. Although, I wouldn't be able to experience any of those since I already set my graphic settings to the lowest level possible.

North America had different landscape, but the weather was the same. There were alpacas as mobs, though! And lots of human-types - bandits and the like. And there was only one city there, New York, which made getting to the other end of North America for an ornate treasure map literally impossible sometimes.

I'd think that a wild west setting would be most likely for the midwestern US, possibly even with Cowboy as a playable gunner class.

If they plan on raising lvl cap with the new stuff coming next month theyll probably add more content so you can level i would guess.

This has already been addressed in another post ... not directly of course. In an interview with one of the head guys he said new content will be released in December along with the Ice Dungeon .. something the Koreon's already have ... also in another press release it was said that a new merc was coming .. one that controlled the weather and the hero's name was Pocahontas and this is a north American native American ..... so its coming just be patient :)

NYC and LA are pretty much guaranteed, likely Chicago also, possibly Vegas with some sorta wild west thing, Possibly Austin or Houston with an Alamo instance or such. Certainly not everything will get represented, will be interesting to see what makes it in for sure.

It's more of a fantasy type and with native american merc it's likely early colonial setting for the most part.

If it's colonial setting, it would be mroe realistic if there will be wild wild west themes or Los Angeles. I'd be more preferring of having a few more known Native America tribes as cities, with perhaps a few settlement cities in New England.

Knowing the game, though, it will probably be Chicago, LA, Detroit, etc., with Mexico City, Ottawa, and Havana added in for good measure =x.

A bit into Central Asia you'll find the ghost town, Chang An. It's quite a nice little place to isolate yourself from the rest of the world, with no teleports leading to it and absolutely no facilities within the town (though it's a town nonetheless).

Don't we already have the ice dungeoun? I got monster info for mobs from the Frozen Tundra in our version of Atlantica from monster-info trading that are ice-based and they're level 106+, so assumedly SOMEONE'S been hunting there in our version...

They used to have north america when it was still Closed Beta, but they took it out right now beacuse they wanted to add more lvl 100+ monsters and quests to the game.
We should get a big patch soon due to a new update to the game.

Problem is, how many cities could there be added. New York, St. Augestine, Jamestown, few places in Jamaica, otherwise you are getting to far ahead in time. I would love to see an "explanation" of what happened in Roanoke, though. Town filled with ghosts, maybe zombies, etc. <3

Ugh, when I think about how hard a pirate is to get... and she doesn't even seem "OMG MUST GET IN ORDER TO BE VIABLE IN PVP!" like the spartan does. ...I want one, too.
