So I finally hit lvl 100 and get a spartan, 90 now, but whenever I FL he gets hit thru like a piece of paper, can people look at my form and tell me what's missing or whats wrong?

Is he fully upgraded?
Gear?
GrowthVed?
Enhancements?

Asid3 fromt that, form could use work..

yeah he is he has all the earrings and bracelets and all up to date armor/weapons, gv is maxed and all enhanced to lvl. its really kinda getting annoying too b/c i thought that spartans were excellent mercs

However Spartan are advanced spearmen so they have the pros and cons of the spear class........

Your formation looks fine.

Don't expect Spartan to be the invincible god that never dies. He's actually a worse tank than a swordsman. While his glaringly low magic defense is offset somewhat by his shield, he still has pretty low vitality for a melee mercenary.

When you say ripped through like paper, do you mean an enemy merc in one activation rips away half his HP? If so, I feel your pain... :(
