Staff Main Formation - Help!

I'm pretty new to the game and only lvl 33 but I've been playing around in FL and love it. However, I don't have a clue what I want my formation to be or even what my options are...I'm assuming I'll have to wait for higher lvls to have what's optimal but any help/suggestions for now or later would be much appreciated! =) my current formation is

:arc::gun:
:femalehero::art::spm:

first, put spear in FRONT. so your backline will not be frozen by viking.

aim for this formation by lvl 57 (exo can be obtained by lvl 57)
