question about staff formation

well i been talled on a lot of formation but none of them talled me on the order to pick from them so can you say me what is the bes formation and what is the picking order?
(i mean like at level one i should take spear and sword at level 2 another spear something like that)

One of my friends has a swordsman at lvl 120. He's huge on swords sooo yeah. I was like dude, if you want a swordsman, just go grab a LK, they're hotter. And he's like, NOOOOOOO, she's a women, women don't tank, they make sammiches.

Presuming for solely pve purposes, I'd go with spear, spear, gun, gun, viking, arty and monk. last slot...well when u hit lvl 50, its abt time to think abt whether u wanna go pve or pvp with ur char and plan from there.

some ppl might want to get monk earlier as he lvls pretty slow
