Help for Lv 52 PVP build

My current formation is:

:bst::swm::bst:
:arc::vik::arc:
:sha::malehero::mnk:

My main is an archer and i was aiming for a snipping PVP build but im Noob, im not familiarized with the possible strategies and how they work.

Can you give me some tips to improve my current formation and wich formation i should aim for?

And if you can give me some guidelines in how strategies work...

I was thinking changing to something like

:arc::witc::arc:
:sha::malehero::mnk:

Witch in the middle prevents cross ranged to hit all my archers
Exo fo speed cast
and keep vik for freezing/ stun pressure

Maybe change the sword?

replace sword with BT. now you have some aoe + snipe. at lvl 70, u may want to get prophet as concentrate gives a passive minor heal to all melees.

strategy-wise, you snipe the weaker midline merc in order to make a hole so u can silence backline (where monk/oracle/shaman usually are). rotate between mana seal/silence to permanently shut down the support backline and kill as you wish.

just put BT instead of viking in the middle of frontline. thats all.
