Anyone else sick of having to head to Rome to figure out what you can buy with your points? Here's the list of what Pointry offers currently (as of 11-24-2008). Pointry is located in the Bazaar in Rome - he's to your right when you teleport into the Bazaar. He's a rabbit.

To get each type of points:

Guild Points - only usable by the guild leader, you get these by attendance, owning a town, doing the training center, finishing a guild dungeon, guild crafting, and guild operation text books.

Battle Points - gotten by doing the Free League and Weekly Championship

Fishing Points - gotten by trading in fish to Albert on Hainan island.

Riding Points - gotten by trading in permanent horses to Collector Ahammad by Baghdad. You lose the horse.

Referral Points - gotten by having someone mark you down as their referrer when they log on for the first time. You get points every time they level up until level 50.

Mentor Points - gotten by mentoring someone, you keep getting points until level 50. Devs say they'll be adding stuff for mentor points someday.

If there's no number in quotes after the item, it means you only get one of them for that number of points.

Hope they add in something like a will regen pill for mentor points. Will is alway low with the amount things that cost will it is just annoying at times waiting for it to build up.

They'll probably add more mounts to the mount point exchange eventually. Right now, hackney is the only thing. So they can milk our money from us while we try to get mounts in other ways like those stupid fortune boxes, I suppose.

Anyone have any idea how many referral points you get when your referee is at the max for you to get referrals? Basically, max referal points from one person.

Go ask a low level guildie, they usually dont ditch you :eek:

I wish they can add more stuff to the point system like helping point..
I gave so much items to beginner, I should have at least 1000 points if it was 1 point per gift.

they already give EXP for that.

There use to be stamina pills you could get, but they removed it

Any ideas what kind of item will be coming out for exchange using points? I think mount are unlikely since they most probably will be under riding point. I think most probably should be licenses and maybe some cash item?

I kind of doubt that they will put cash items there because they wanted to get money from players

You can get mounts in the box exchange? Is it a random low chance for any box, or a certain lvl or higher? I need a mount for chasing down Goncourt and Howard.

No, I think he's referring to the low chance of getting a heavenly horse from a treasure box of greater fortune. And also possibly the low chance of getting a shire from a mount box.
