Need Help with Snipe Build for PvP

I am thinking this formation for a Final Snipe Build in PvP. Let me know what I need to change or where im complete wrong. Thanks.

I am torn if I need an Oracle instead of a Princess but I thought with 4 ranged merc Princess would be ok. Also I put Pirate in there just because of the straight power she has (not knowing if thats really a good thing in a snipe build)... BTW im a Bow but i thought that would be obvious. ditch pirate for exo. up to you between princess or oracle, but I vote oracle cuze ur smack in front and mana seal+spike can be particularly nasty. u nid emergency heal for that.
