AOE (Mainly PVE) Formation

I'm looking for an AOE formation mainly for PVE and I thought about this build:

:ele::can::exo:
:witc::malehero::mnk:

1. What do you think?
2. I also thought about adding a Punisher but idk instead of who. Any ideas?
3. Which one would be better for my formation, Cannoneer or artilleryman?

P.S. I know I'm low level (30) but I like planning things ahead.
P.S.S. I know that Exorcist is not that good in PVE, but since I have 4 staff users I thought his speed cast can be useful.

If you want... Take out monk for oracle and stick in some Puri and Awaken scrolls.

BE + FB should be enough
Arty for def debuff ( cannons dont make much use in power for pve )
And pirate for more power. ( Elem already got good AP. Main and Monk could take some time to recharge after they use magic i.e FB, BoL, HG )

Pirate really isn't that great for PvE focused builds. Ditch her, get oracle (yes i know its a staffM formation but, healer + staffM is fine). Stick jani midline. Can seth that line after casting DI+FA/BE+Shooting stance and all that. Or before you seth, you can switch ele with one of your frontlines who you want to seth, sethwill the midline. then move ele back to her original spot.

Thanks for you both but there is one thing I don't understand: Why should I prefer a N.Vik over a Druid? The Druid's stats are higher than the Viking's ones, they have skills that do the same thing (Ice ridge and Forest prison I think) only the Druid has attack buff in addition.
