Recently came back to the game need Formation help.

I quit a year and have been back a couple of weeks now, got back into the swing of things and just got 102 and reached div 5 in FL, figured I give Colosseum League a shot and got stomped all the way down to div 7 probably 8 if I played more matches.

I have no idea about new mercs/builds(DMF, Punisher, Minstrel, Druid, all new to me). I'd like to do better in CL and focus more on pve then anything else.

Here's what i'm working with so far:

Teach me please, I have no preconceived notions and am willing to try anything and put work into it getting mercs/gear/etc.

Can you explain to me what these mercs bring to a CL that others don't? I'm guessing cannon + archer for descrolling, why not a oracle over a shaman?

Also, what should i have my skills at for my main?
60 blow / 60 bol / 1 guardbreak/ rest in mana shield?

Sorry if i'm asking too much I just want to figure out all the nuisances of CL pvp.

shaman or oracle. if u do the all AOE skills, the match should be finished b4 u even need to heal

Not necessarily, definitely it'll do heavy dmg, but it won't always dictate end of match.
