LV53 need help for PVP

Hi, my formation is:

:vik::spm::art:
:mnk::arc::sha:

Ah, my monk has protect

I'm quite weak in PVP: so I want replace the spearman...but with:

[LIST]
my old gunner
a witch (i'm in middle of her quest)
(later) a exorcist



Or...is there a more effective way to set up my formation?Tell me if I have to replace other mercs...

Ditch spear and sword, put viking up front. Spear is completely useless by himself. Get exo and put in back line. Stick archer in midline. Put your old gunner back in. This way, you have stun pressure with gun + cannon. And when you punch a hole in the front/midline. You can chain silence + mana seal to keep the enemy monk and other staff mercs in his line under perma seal.

This will work around your level. I might consider switching monk protect to SoP for tanking purposes, but protect is fine.
