Considering how difficult and, actually, painful it is to try to access pages on this site right now, it's quite unreasonable to expect me to be able to respond on this forum right now. Whether or not it gives the "please try again later" message, it still takes about 5 minutes to load any page, and it usually does give the message even after that waiting period.

I had siilar preoblem 2 days ago, but then main site wasn't even loading. So fo all working pretty smooth

There is no fathomable way that it can be just me having this problem on just this site. The main site content is fine, but the forum/wiki take several minutes to load, and the forum always spits out overload errors. So unless the host is biased against certain goeographical endpoints, this has to affect all users, since it's clear that the CPU is being overloaded. There are 23 other sites (http://www.domaintools.com/reverse-ip/?hostname=myatlanticaonline.com) hosted on here, after all.

Hmm, It seems I'm about as active as you and I've yet to encounter any issues like yours. It does load a tad slow sometimes but I'm talking more like 15 seconds for a thread/page max.
