spike+AP drain

I'm a newbie to Spear, planing to make a spike/AP drain build.
Here is the formation I think.

Lv60
:malehero::spm::vik:
:arc::arc::mnk:
:exo::mnk::sha:

Higher Lv
:spm::malehero::vik:
:arc::pro::mnk:
:exo::mnk::ora:

Will this gonna work?
Should I change :arc: to :pra: ?
Sholud I have :witc: to pervent those will skill?
If I want to have :ele: , where should I put her?

1. Odd idea...I've yet to see a spike/AP drain at high lvls. not that its bad. but most of the time SNIPE (its sniping you are attempting, with bows aiming for ranged mercs) comes along spike (mass single target dmg on the weakest frontliner).

2. changing archer to pirate means you'll struggle to cancel scrolls. bad for late game.

3. elem may replace oracle/shaman, but this will make you vulnerable against other snipe/spike builds. maybe take out the 2nd monk for elem.

4. I dun recommend witch for your formation at all. if you are worried abt seth, get spartan instead.

So do u have any formation to suggest?
I want an AP drain formation with 2 monks and Prohet (if possible).
