Where can I get this item? I think I see it in the randomizer of Omikuji's lucky box, but I'm not sure. If that is a lucky wood piece, has anyone ever gotten one from it?

yeah- I've been searching for them too. You need 5 pieces to get the Astrologer title.

You need 5 of them for the Astrologer title, and I haven't seen any yet personally.

Well then...I'm going to redo the warrior's path quest a couple of times then...I'll let you guys know if I ever get one =)

Bookworm is long and tedious but otherwise not hard if you just ignore it and do your daily trades.

They drop from the Omi boxes only. There is a small chance of it happening.
