Vial or not to vial?

Well originally my plan was to get my current spear guy to 100 and start a new maniac and eventually get to a formation that would look something like this

:pro::inv:hwarang
:jan::mnk::exo:

But now I started thinking I might be a bit too lazy to start all over again so I'm thinking I could get off with just changing my main, since I don't think spear would give anything special to that formation..

So the question about the build is, how about a bow main with something like this:

:pro::inv::pra:OR:ele:
:jan::mnk::exo:

BowM in front with no active healing (oracle/shaman), no passive healing (princess, which is too situational at times), is SUICIDAL, esp in the face of snipe/spike builds.

I guess I must have remembered wrong about BowM being capable of taking 'some' damage.. Although in that fight he was HGed too..

I suppose I could still run with the last build displayed by changing exo to the front and taking pirate as a back-up tank, since I've gotten all fond of the idea of changing into BowM :p

Suppose it's my destiny to change my main's class now coz today I found a Secret Vial of Amnesia for 80k :p

If you get focus fired upon, and assuming SoP (for physical hits) and no HG, the most, I expect you to survive 2 turns more than Habu did if under assault by Inmolation.

2 questions considering BowM

1. SoP or Protect? Seems like some ppl say protect for back and SoP for front... But then there's ppl saying the opposite :P

2. Skills? 60 Silence, 60 Arrow Cascade?

1. thats the general consensus. ignore the ppl who said opposite.
