Reduce Defence!!!

Sorry guys, it almost feel like im bombarding this forum with noobie questions and noobie talk ^^'''

i have a question with skills that reduce peoples armor, why does it seem that skill that reduce opponents armor (In FL and PVP), it almost feel like it makes no difference. The damage output is still the same, so where does the reduce in defence go to?

does it even work? lol

Losing Defense in PvP in kinda useless (Doesn't do much)

It works in PvE though.

With Artilleryman's Debuff + Musican One, your meele mercenaries can make up to 90% more damage. It's pretty good, but only when your enemu uses 1 monk.
