Getting into the ACTUAL game. Help please! T_T

Here's my problem step by step.

I downloaded this game and I started it up and the patch window and all came up.

I clicked on a "Normal" server.

I made a character.

Then it went to a screen (video) with people fighting already and the logo in front.

From here I cannot get into the game. It just shows the people using moves and skills and attacks and I just watch.

I wait and wait and wait. And it never takes me into the game.

(Sometimes I have to put in some verification letters on the screen to go on. But when I do it, it just stays there counting down. When it reaches zero, nothing happens.

I guess I just don't understand the interface. Can someone help me out with a step by step like I provided above?

the login kinda screwed on you thats all. you didn't do anything wrong. I'll try listing the login steps one by one, and you see which one messed up.

1. Screen 1 -> people fighting monsters (key in user ID, password)
2. Screen 2 -> " same scenario" (pick server)
this screen stays while the character screen loads. -> I think this is where you were stuck
3. screen 3 -> a purple kinda screen (key in verification)
now you can start a character.

I think I did that part but when I click start it has people fighting monsters again and it does that practically forever. Nothing ever comes up. I waited like 10 minutes and nothing.

I can move the screen with the directional keys but i can't do anything or go anywhere.

I can only watch the people fight and see the logo up top.

Did you try restarting your computer? I'd contact a GM if I were you or reinstall the game.
