Gun+Cannon PvP stun build

For more stronger, I gave up my main spear and played a new gunner 5 days ago.
Now I am lvl 30, which means I am able to recruit those mercenaries wandering around either roads or towns.
For a stun build, I have choose artilleryman to do the combo with my gunner.
Here's my team formation so far.

here's some explanations:
Why did i put 2 mercenaries(:art: and :arc:) in the mid row?
One reason is because that if there are full mercenaries(2 or 3) in both front or mid row, the enemy archer will not able to silence my shaman, which enables her to heal for a long time. Plus, if my:art: gets silenced, he does not really need to do any magic, all he need to do is to cooperate with my gun in order to activate stuns.
Any suggestion for my team formation?
If you have a better one, please share/discuss with me.
I will appreciate that.
Also, I will you guys could learn something from either my explanation or those people who provided better suggestions.

Il just say this, get more cannons and gun users if you want to run a stun build, one cannon and one gun wont really cut it, i was personally considering either tri gun + 1 cannon or dual cannon + dual gun.
