Am I supposed to get an exorcist?

I have 2 swordsman now. Previously, I have been doing the Witch quest. But later on I thought of exorcist, if I get an exorcist, I will keep one of my swordsman. If I get a witch, I will get rid of another swordsman.
Which way is better?
Any suggestions?
I am getting pretty frustrated.
