For ex. Holy guard, lvl 20 is still at BEG books, once 21 u have to use INT,does it means ur holy guard is now at INT lvl and has a stronger resistant to guard dispel than to when it was 20? or does the resistant increase with every lvl?

there's no big jump between 20 and 21 :) it increases as a constant exponential rate, i THINK

i THINK i asked a pretty deep question...

It's incremental with every level. Although there are some levels that have some slight spikes in the increase more than others, but that varies by skill and isn't necessarily level 21 (nor is it particularly significant for most skills I think)

It's "resistance" to guard dispel is also dependent on the level of guard dispel and merc's dodge rate.

beg, int, and adv are only there so that not everyone will be able to buy the skill books as the points become available

rather level up his awakening than holy shield is good at lvl30 :femalehero:

Actually I was spam clicking levels into healing or something last night and noticed something.
With every level I'd get +XX might, but when I hit 31, it was a 3 digit addition. I'd be inclined to think there indeed something at 11/21/31/etc

I've only been watching my might as I lvl up skills. Regularly I see +42, but occasionally I see +84, meaning that the skill just increased double of what it usually does. I haven't noticed any other numbers.

The answer to your question can be found by looking at the skill tables found on other websites. I'd link to them, but doing so is against the rules (lol). In short, it's a linear progression, overall. There are some anomalies in that progression, but there's no particular pattern to them and nor are they particularly significant.

Hmm... i think skills get increase quite alot in every 11 levels. like 11,21,31,41,51.
Cause awakening -2combo at lvl11, and from what i observe from my mercs... seems kinda like it

Not really, skills' effects also increase when your mercs are upgraded. And look at Beast Trainer's Beast Summon, the skill's damage only adds by 3 each level, so I don't kind of agree that there's a tremendous difference every 10 levels. :/

I am not sure about the differences in skill level apart from dealing more damage and that awakening - more combo at higher skill levels. The main difference i can see from skill is that when your merc is upgrade to a higher rank like from viking when he rank up his freezing axe can hit a row and artillery his deep insight being able to hit a whole formation when he reaches lvl 50 rank up. If you want to know the exact values i believe you can find it in the official forum in atlantica.

Looks like SOME skill such as awakening has effect on increments of 10 lvls, 11,21,31 ...

i seen this happen when i upgrade skill but from my experience it goes up by 84 not because the skill had a big jump but rather the server was a bit slow to display the increase in migth so when you lv your skill again it just show u the increase migth for 2 lv of skill instead. 2x 42= 84. If you want try clicking 2 book really quick and u should see this happen.
As for the main topic, if you look at the skill table in the main page it kinda give you an idea how each skill scales by lv. IMO i do beleive at a certain lv some skill do get a jump instead of a linear increase. Some skill can happen during each 1 such as 11, 21, 31. Some tend to be every time u switch to th next lv of book such as 21,41. Example of this would be awakening u get combo -2 at lv 11 . Choas wind you get the dot 1 xtra turn per 10 lv.

Yeah because when I leveled up my freezing axe from 30-31 I got might +104...

I would think the best example is Awakening... you do get a jump, but in a different way.
LVL 10 awakening removes 1 stun counter, LVL 11 removes 2.
