best way to get a wandering merc and find one

and I need to get 1 merc and I want a monk and every time I try they hate me and i try to find another monk i try to give them money and they still hate me i need help after they hate they leave me so i try to find another monk but i can find one all there is is just shaman and I have one I dont want any doubles

Dude, just give the monk money in increments of 20k-50k till you get him, not hard unless your poor. Or JUST DO the merc recruit questline for the monk. Its only 4 quests long, 1 is a talking quest...2 are killing/lootin quests that are really easy, one of them isnt even in the shadow dungeon. And the last quest is killing a rather easy boss :/
