Hi i wanna go with this formation but i dont know if i get spear or viking!!

How about swaping out a sword? It's best to always have 2 ranged, sure the spear can't tank as well but if you have decent gear he'll do fine.

1)swap places for the vik and sword
2)remove the sword in 2nd row for a second spearman.
3)replace 1 monk with exo


depending on how you want your build to be, you might want to get a prophet or maybe witch.
