I dun think so as you do not seem to have enough damage. Ditch the inventor for jani perharps.

A lone spear is generally not advised, his lightning spear will then only be useful for damage, but won't help much in the AP reduction department.
If he's still low lvl, there's plenty of time to replace him with a better tank to hold your frontline, like a swordsman.

If you're doing much PvP, keep the shaman for the noble sacrifice.

And, as lone gunner, prefer the janissary then, as stated before.
