Okay guys, this is what i have atm (CANON MAIN);
:spm::spm::nothing:
:arc::malehero::nothing:
:nothing::femalehero::nothing:
The reason i have 2 Spearmans, is for the -AP (which should be really usefull in my OPP)
+ They are a decent tank, and have the ability to strike 2 opponents at a time. Second my Archer is for 1 reason and 1 reason only; " SILENCE ".
Shaman.. Well without healing nothing else i can do..
Now im guessing to go with a Viking at lvl 20, But should i put him next to my spearmans then or.. ?
Was wondering what you guys think.
Thanks for any feedback ;)
Cheers

1. actually NO. spearmen are NOT decent tanks. i classify them as 'semi tanks'. sure can take some hits, but if your opponents adopt focus fire and aim for 1 spearman, he is in more trouble than...say...a beast trainer. i use spearman myself, I know. spear can only stay in front if you have another substitute behind - e.g. exo, viking...and to a certain extent for desperate people, inventor. He will most likely need to switch back with a another melee substitute at least 80% of the time vs a DECENT opponent.
You need decent merc-juggling skills to make this work.
2. spears+viking frontline = rather weak. ice ridge+chaos edge/scorch bullets/flamespear (either one depending on opponent main)+light slash+flamesword (and blood vengeance for rich ppl), throw in mana seal so you can't heal next round, ooh thats gotta hurt.
I could try to see wat you could aim for when you get full 9-man team
:spm::vik::spm:
:arc::art::malehero:
:sha::mnk::exo:
keep switching around spear, viking, man and exo when necessary to keep them alive as humanly long as possible. the main should be your last resort to rotate to front until you get mount, wings, outfit, rings and good, up-to-date armor to make main more durable. then - surprise, he can stay up front (but I'd rather not, so main can add stun combos w/o gettin frozen).
division 1 cannon main shii runs a stun build with 2 spears up front too. he must be doing smthing right.

Hum yeah , you used 2 main icons i dunno what that means i imagine that:
:femalehero: = :sha:
for ya but i dunno... has been already been said man you will tank nothing with 2 spear , ya want a pvp build right?If not go for sw not spear i have:
:spm::vik::spm:
front line sure they rock and give lots of dmg but in pve they suck bad, basically you will need + lvls or a party when others can do it alone( only if you can spare GOD like armors that costs lots and lots then you will do fine)
yeah having a exo is trully good for pvps builds and he can hold for a great time , i just dont agree with the idea of using the main in the front row it may work or it may bring your doom it will depend if ya like to gamble.
so if ya go for pve change for :
:swm::swm:
front line i say that from personal hard times hehehe.:D

Basicly means i have to Re-Level 2 Swordies, and fire my Spearman
( or something like that, which is shit! )

If you want an easier time in PvE, I'm afraid so.
But don't worry, the 2 swordies will quickly reach your current spearmen levels.
And you don't have to fire them. Spearmen in second row are not uncommon, if you want a melee-heavy build.
Of course, right now, you would have to use two mercenary rooms, but there's an early quest that gives you some of these licenses for free if I remember correctly (isn't it near Angkor ?).
Trust me, a solid front line is essential and the best mercs for the job are swordsmen. Later, the beast trainer and (much later) the lady knight will provide an alternative. And, as said before, the mains, but only with their special equipment.
The exorcist can tank too, but not too much and putting him in front row is begging to be silenced (in PvP I mean).
Generally, front row vikings and, to a lesser extent, spearmen will fall against focused flame swords from swordsmen.
