Formation Help

Still new to the game sorta. I never really paid attention to formation since I didn't die too much, but I've been dying lately so I figured it's time for me to care about formation lol >.< My current random build is

I just recently got my BT so she's still fairly weak so I don't want to stick her in the front. I just want to mainly focus to make an AoE battle. Any suggestions on how to change up this formation around and a future formation? >.<

If you want to make AOE build, you'll need a few more mercs. at 51, get a wtich. at 57, get an exo. At 70, get a prophet. Then you should be able to make one:

Also, instead of prophet, you could get an archer or keep your arty or gunner.

Freeze the front, seal the staves, silence middle, and use meteor and summon. Good dmg, unable to heal because of seal. Keep stun pressure on the monk and silence where you need it. At lvl 100+ you main gets an AoE skill and while it's not the best skill in the world, its still pretty good. Either use that with the rest of the AoEs, or use silence instead (silence is prolly better)
