i dont know how to manage currently level of my guild is 6

i already start guild crafting but it doesnt work

Well, naturally anything you have for sale you ask the guild first. Any large amount of materials you ask about to.

Crafting: up to 20 items: When your in a town, go to your guild office, manage guild, then guild crafting. here, you select the item YOU CAN craft. Meaning you cannot select bloodknight armor if you only have a skill of 8
.You then type in how many, after buying all of the materials or having them. Then you press select. Then press the auto button and if will gather 1 material at a time , if your short on the material it will tell you. If you have more then whats needed it will only take what it needs. Once everything is in, the craft button will brighten up. Officers and leader can craft.

I'm not sure at what levels you can recruit more. All I know is that 40 people is level 20. Every 5 levels seems right. Also, there can be only a certain numer of officers per x members.

Everyone should be doing guild quests. So they need to get a hold on manager scrolls for there level. Do quests by going to a town, selecting guild office, my guild, quests or something like that.

If you plan on getting a town or attempting to. You need ALOT of points. So save save save. Crafting/Questing/Attendance all supplies guild points. If you don't plan on taking a town then Pointry, the rabbit thing in Rome can help you trade in points (Preferably at the digression of guild mates) for items.

You get 1 officer every 5 levels (up to 5)
You get 1 member per level at guild level 2 and 3 and 2 members per level afterwards (until level 20, total 40 members)

Ways to earn guild points;
-Guild Quests
-Training Center (limited to 2k points per run)
-Attendance Checks
-Guild Crafting (limited to 1k points per craft)

yes i know about that but still my guildmate always run

tonight i check 3 run from my guilds

so how do i keep em happy?

tonight from 7 people 3 people including me online while 3 people quit from the guild

kinda retarded but when i ads them through peer chat they always say quit ur guild dont create a guild and nothing than throwing stones at my faces

so how do guild master attract people?

One of the largest issue for making new guilds in Sikyon would be that the mass of the population are beyond the early stages of the game. With this being said, alot of lower levels are seemingly more intrested in working to be in a larger name guild. Putting forth the effort to stand out at the lower levels will require a loyal group of people (your core). Aswell as active recruiting, and help randoms which may result in them wishing to join you aswell. Essentially your starting as a little fish in the big sea.

well sadly thats hurt me though

because everyone lol my guild (maybe thats why they quit)

but i think one more aspect is high leveller

i have friends in sikyon ig forbiddenB he starts guild too

now his guild level is 18 and he tells me he have level 60 on his guild member thats why they not run away

thats why i need one or several that can help me maintain the guild so people dont go away

it is always hard to start out and like some have said most ppl want to be in large guilds. Only advice i can offer is try to recruit the new players and help them as much as u can. It is the very begining lv is when ppl need help the most and chance is the time when they willl remember who are the ones that help them.

If that dont work your only chance is to lv higher and try to attract the mid lv as i beleive sikyon being the first server most player should be avg off 50+ now.

Just try to get some loyal friends, I wouldn't want a lvl 90+ that was very rude and hated. As Lost said, help people out on quests and if you want some of them to stay, maybe make one or two of them an officer.

so idk where to recruit more

and i also a bit talkative to where to go get more money
helping on certain quest like that but people keep laughing

anyway is guild icon really important? someone doublelol(which i dont know what is doublelol is) when i said i dont hv guild icon yet

Don't worry about that yet, you can get one through an insignia license which I'm pretty sure is under 100k. Also I wouldn't recommend using one right away since the icon is random and you get something pathetic
