King's Judgement is the ability granted to a guild leader within a nation that is level 100+. It allows them the ability to pk at any given time, up to 10 times per day and resets at the same time as the stamina reset.

so the guild have to be 100+ .. or the nation?.. or the player.. cuz i know xarrgg does it .. so it must not be the player that has to be 100+ .. although i'm not sure what lvl he is..

To use Kings Judgement you must have:
125/125 will (it uses all of it after the pk)
level 100
To be the nation leader.

Yes, the person who wins can get an item from the loser. I believe it's not 100% of the time, but it does seem to happen pretty often. And you can't use King's Judgment on someone in a safe area.

Yeah, it sucks. It's stupid. It's overpowered. It's imbalanced. It WILL BE ABUSED once the server has been up a little longer and all the little kids start getting their level 100s. They'll delight in ganging up on lower leveled newer players that don't have the gear or manpower to back them up.
It hasn't happened to me yet, but if I find it starts becoming a problem I'm just going to drop the game. There is absolutely nothing fun at all about a lvl 100 and two of his friends beating you up and taking your equips while you were solo grinding. I don't play games because I want to be some uber elite competitive machine, I play because it's fun and enjoyable. From everything I've heard king's judgement is just a griefing tool.

Well keep in mind, they don't use it on the casual lower level players since they have nothing to gain from it.
They usually use it on other high levels so they can actually get something worth it's time, or those high level botters.
Also if you get pk'ed, they get to be on your blacklist. >;)
So you know where they are at all times, and you can pk them back if you're with some high level friends.

wow guess being a leader has it little perks. Sounds fun when you are the one judging someone. Probably not that fun on the other end tho.

It's not a skill, it's the ability to pk anyone.
Someone wrote you must be a nation leader. That is incorrect. You must be a guild leader.

So any lvl100+ that is a guild leader can pk anyone at anytime?
After they win, they can steal an item from you as well?
If that is the case, I think i have one thing i really hate about this game.

It's best to reserve King's Judgement for bots or for people you really hate. After you PK someone using KJ, you get added to their blacklist. From then on, they know your EXACT LOCATION at ALL TIMES and can freely attack you whenever they want to (whether they are a guild leader and have 125 will or NOT). So if you use KJ on tons of non-botting people, you can expect them to come after you with a vengeance. AGAIN AND AGAIN, likely right after you finished killing a monster and are low on HP and MP, and probably when they're in parties ready to gang up on you picking the exact right moments to strike. THEY KNOW WHERE YOU ARE. :P

King's Judgement goes like this:
Must be lvl 100.
Leader of Guild (not sure if you must be in Nation).
You use 125 Will and have a chance to loot 1 random item that the Victims main is wearing.
If leader brings lackeys then anyone in that group will get the item.
Info correction. You don't have to be a guild leader. Lv 100 is enough!

You'd be surprised at the number of 12 year olds who suck at life and get enjoyment from tormenting newbies and puppies, and newbies happen to be nearer their computer.

As far as i'm aware you need to be a guild leader in a nation unless something changed.

Well, the message whenever King's Judgement is used includes the guild and nation the person who used it belongs to. So I'm pretty sure it's required to be in a guild or nation, because otherwise you'd think the message wouldn't be including such things...

In the last Dev Q&A, they were considering removing item drops from PK. I have mixed feeling about this... :)

I think that's a great idea, maybe then people would be willing to actually participate in PK.

Considering that any PK with any sense of competence whatsoever will ALWAYS have the advantage (since they will make sure they strike only at an opportune time under optimal conditions by nature of being first to strike in the first place), item loss is a pretty harsh penalty on the victim that typically was against disadvantageous odds.
Well you (probably) have to be in nation. But for sure you don't have to be a leader. There is lv 100 guy in my guild and he can use judgement. I am not lv 100 yet, so I can't check this by myself, but this is what I saw.

Okay, so I guess we can pseudo clarify this, then:
You don't have to be a guild leader, but you DO have to be in a guild that belongs to a nation.
Wouldn't surprise me too much, I suppose.
